APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

These Terms govern all sales made via Sani-99.com for delivery within the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you confirm that you:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order constitutes an offer to purchase.

HYGIENE & SEALED PRODUCT EXCLUSION

Cancellation rights do not apply once sealed goods have been unsealed where:
  • Products are unsuitable for return due to health protection or contamination risk.
This includes:
  • Liquid disinfectant containers.
  • Powder sachets.
  • Activated or diluted chemical products.
  • Tamper-evident packaging.

STRICT RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns will only be accepted where:
  • Products remain unopened.
  • Seal integrity is intact.
  • Goods are leak-free.
  • No dilution or activation has occurred.
We may refuse any return that:
  • Presents contamination risk.
  • Has been used in professional settings.
  • Cannot be safely transported.
Unsafe returns may be disposed of without refund.

FAULTY GOODS
